Although they still have to rely on other methods. But there is no reason why we cannot implement two or more methods of generating powers. Namun saya amat menyokong langkah-langkah ini untuk menambah keperluan tenaga elektrik di Sabah. Cuma cadangan saya agar semua kilang-kilang kelapa sawit di Sabah dapat menghasilkan tenaga sendiri tanpa perlu bersaing dengan keperluan elektrik orang-orang awam di seluruh negeri. My concern is to provide 9,450,000 EFB maka penebangan hutan pun lebih berleluasa...dan bila permintaan terhadap EFB ni untuk run energy...maka keperluan untuk lebih banyak pokok sawit untuk menghasil EFB juga sangat tinggi. So apa rasionalnya guna oil palm biomass ni yang dianggap 'GREEN' dan dalam masa yang sama 'semakin banyaklah penebangan hutan berlaku?? Kalau pun no more forest land dibuka untuk sawit...my question is, it only apply for primary forest. So how about secondary forest?
